How do I restore my purchases?

Open the in-app Store and tap "Restore Purchases" while signed in with the same Apple ID you bought with. The latest update (v2.5.1) fixes the "products not configured" error, so the catalog should load reliably. Still stuck? Email us.

The store won't load — what do I do?

Make sure you're online and updated to v2.5.1. The store now retries gracefully if the catalog is slow to load. If it persists, force-close and reopen the app, then email us your device model and iOS version.

Is my progress saved? Can I lose it?

Your life is saved automatically on your device after every meaningful action. Season rewards now auto-collect across rollovers, so you won't lose what you earned. Deleting the app removes local saves, so keep it installed to keep your dynasty going.

Is DeepLife available on Android?

DeepLife Simulator is live on iOS today, with Android in development. Keep an eye on this site for the announcement.

How do I request a refund?

Purchases are handled by Apple. Refunds go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something went wrong on our end, email us and we'll help sort it out.

The game is running slowly or crashed.

Update to the latest version, restart your device, and make sure you have free storage. If a crash keeps happening, email us the exact step that triggers it plus your device model and iOS version so we can reproduce and fix it.
