Invite-only through Google Play. Your save carries into the public release.

Google requires testers to stay opted in for two continuous weeks. Play as much or as little as you like inside that.
What we actually want back
Ratings are nice. These are better:
The moment you got confused. The first time you didn't know what to do next — that's a design bug, and we can't see it from in here.
The moment you got bored. "I stopped playing at week 40" is the single most useful sentence you can send.
Anything that crashed, froze or lost your save. There's a bug form with your device details already filled in.
