Support
Build your first route, understand your finances, and keep your campaign safe.
Your first flight
- Choose Founder, name your airline and select a home airport.
- Follow Home's next move to acquire an aircraft. Used aircraft and leases are available immediately; new orders arrive later.
- Open a suggested route and assign a suitable aircraft from its detail screen.
- Run the clock or advance to the next day. Read the route's results and monthly statement before expanding.
Saved campaigns
Each campaign has its own save and two rolling backup generations. The app saves each game day and when you leave it. Save and quit waits for a successful write; if it fails, keep the game open, free device storage and retry. Export campaign backup in Settings saves a portable copy through the system file picker. Import campaign backup on the main menu restores it into a fresh slot. Deleting the app deletes local saves, so keep an exported backup before reinstalling. Pro permits multiple campaigns; the free tier permits one.
Pro purchases
If Pro is missing, check your internet connection and use Restore purchases in Settings with the Apple Account used to buy it. A pending purchase unlocks after Apple's confirmation. Manage renewals through Apple subscriptions; request refunds through Apple's purchase support.
Can I play offline?
The simulation runs offline. Purchases, restores, product prices and external support links may need a connection. There is no multiplayer mode or automatic cloud save sync.
My route is idle or losing money
Check that it has an available aircraft with sufficient range and runway compatibility. Read the route cost breakdown. Forecasts are estimates, not guaranteed profits; fares, demand, competitors and fleet costs affect the result.
