Privacy policy

Your airline lives on your device. We use RevenueCat to manage and understand Pro purchases, without advertising or cross-app tracking.

Game data and preferences

Saved airlines, fleets, routes, finances and game history are stored in the app's private device storage. Sound, haptic and interface preferences, plus the history used to limit Pro offers, are stored in private app preferences. This data is not sent to a developer server. You can export a campaign backup to a destination you choose through the system file picker. A copy saved to a cloud storage provider follows that provider's policies. Apple device backups may include it according to your settings. Deleting the app removes its local data.

Purchases

Optional Pro purchases use Apple's StoreKit service. Apple processes payments and provides verified purchase information so the app can unlock the features you own. RevenueCat receives purchase history, transaction and subscription status, an anonymous app customer identifier, and technical information needed to validate purchases and report subscription performance. We use this information for app functionality and purchase analytics. We do not link the anonymous customer identifier to your name, email or a developer account, and neither we nor RevenueCat receive your payment card details. Purchasing, restoring and refreshing purchase information may require an internet connection. See Apple's privacy policy and RevenueCat's privacy policy.

Tracking and developer collection

The app contains no advertising SDK or developer account system. RevenueCat provides purchase analytics; we do not send it your saved airlines, gameplay history, contact details or advertising identifier. Purchase information is not used to track you across other companies' apps or websites. Our privacy disclosure includes purchase history for app functionality and analytics, not linked to your identity and not used for tracking. Purchase records are retained as needed to validate and restore access, maintain transaction records and meet applicable obligations. Contact us with privacy or deletion requests; deleting local game data does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Support and external links

If you choose to email support, we receive your email address, message and any attachments. We use these to respond, investigate your issue and maintain necessary support records. We keep correspondence only as long as needed for these purposes and any applicable legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your correspondence. GitHub issue reports are public and subject to GitHub's privacy policy. Do not include payment details, passwords or other private information in a public report. External pages are handled by their respective providers.

This website

This support website does not embed advertising, analytics scripts or contact forms. The hosting provider processes connection information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and secure these pages. Email and external services have their own privacy policies.

Changes

This page and the App Store privacy details will be updated if the app's data practices change.
