Frequently asked questions

Where is my save game stored?

Your save lives entirely on your device, inside the app's private sandbox storage. It is never uploaded to a server. Uninstalling the app permanently deletes the save — there is no cloud copy to restore from.

How do I back up my save?

Standard iOS device backups (iCloud Backup or encrypted Mac/PC backups via Finder/iTunes) include app data and will preserve your save. We don't currently offer a manual export.

The app crashed or I lost progress. What should I do?

Email support@dynastymanager.app with your device model, iOS version, and what you were doing when it happened (e.g. simulating a match, ending a season). We prioritise reproducible bugs and ship fixes through TestFlight and the App Store.

Is the game playable offline?

Yes — Dynasty Manager runs fully offline. There is no online mode, no leaderboards, no required network connection.

Are there ads or in-app purchases?

Not in the current build. If that ever changes, we will update the Privacy Policy and the App Store disclosures before the affected version ships, and any optional tracking will require your explicit consent through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt.

How do I delete all my data?

From inside the app, go to Settings → Reset Save. Or delete the app from your device — both completely remove every save and setting we store.

Will there be an Android version?

We're focused on shipping a great iOS release first. An Android version is on the roadmap but does not yet have a release date.

We love hearing them. Send ideas to hello@dynastymanager.app with a short note on the problem you're trying to solve, not just the solution you have in mind — that helps us see the bigger picture.
