Common questions
How do I export my data?
Atlas Pro subscribers can export from Profile → Data Export, choosing CSV (for spreadsheets), JSON (full backup including protocols and entries), or PDF (printable report). If you are not a Pro subscriber and need a copy of your data for legal or portability reasons, email privacy@peptidesai.com and we will help at no charge.
How do I delete all my data?
Uninstall the app. All local data is removed with it. If iCloud sync was enabled, also sign into iCloud.com and delete the iCloud.com.peptidesai.app container. If you signed in with Apple, also revoke access in Settings → Apple Account → Sign in with Apple → Atlas.
Does Atlas work without signing in?
Yes. Every feature works without an account. Sign in with Apple is optional and is only used to personalize the app.
Can I use Atlas without granting HealthKit access?
Yes. HealthKit correlation is optional. Denying access does not disable any other feature.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. From there you can cancel or change plans. Your purchase remains active until the end of the current billing period.
I bought Pro on another device — why don't I see it here?
Open the paywall in Atlas (Profile → Upgrade) and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed into the App Store with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Something's wrong with a dose reminder
Check Settings → Notifications → Atlas and confirm notifications are allowed. iOS caps scheduled local notifications at 64; Atlas consolidates reminders per time slot to stay under that limit.
