These terms govern your use of the Creator Football application and this website. By downloading or playing the game you agree to them.

1. The licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play Creator Football on devices you own or control, for private, non-commercial use. This licence is between you and us; Apple is not a party to it and is not responsible for the game.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not copy, distribute, resell, rent or sublicense the game.
• Do not reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble it except where law permits regardless of this term.
• Do not use cheats, automation or modified clients against future online features.
• Do not present gameplay as official football content; all in-game entities are fictional (see section 4).

3. Your saves

Saves are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for them. We cannot recover a save from a lost, wiped or broken device because we never receive a copy.

4. Intellectual property & fiction

Creator Football — its code, design, art, audio, text and the entire fictional universe of clubs, players, creators, sponsors and competitions — is our intellectual property. All in-game entities are original works of fiction. Any resemblance to real persons, clubs or competitions, living, dead or relegated, is coincidental and unintended.

5. Availability and optional purchases

We may update, modify or discontinue the game or any feature at any time. If we ever retire the game entirely, we will make a best-effort final release that keeps offline play working.

Configured native builds offer optional, one-time content packs through Apple or Google. The store shows the price before confirmation and processes payment. RevenueCat verifies access. Use Restore purchases on the same store platform and account after reinstalling. Purchases do not transfer through career backup files, and Apple purchases do not automatically transfer to Google Play or vice versa. Refund requests follow the relevant store's process and applicable consumer rights.

Versions offering Creator Club show the recurring store price, billing period and any eligible trial before confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through the Apple or Google account used to subscribe. All billing periods have the same benefits. Trial access includes the member library and exclusive lighting; paid-period benefits include a manually claimed GBP250,000 in-game club-funds bonus and one twelve-game-week fictional creator collaboration per UTC calendar month per local career. Unclaimed monthly benefits do not accumulate. In-game funds have no cash value.

The member library is planned to receive new content each month through game updates. Library and member lighting access require an active subscription. Claimed funds, signed collaborations and existing career history remain after expiry. One-time collections are sold separately and are not converted to subscriptions. Deleting or restoring a local career does not cancel store billing. Manage or cancel your subscription through your store account.

Paid Creator Club membership also permits one Kai Arden welcome signing per local career: 90 initial overall, 95 potential, a 52 game-week contract and GBP 5,000 in-game wages per week. No transfer fee. Not included during a free trial. Claiming requires confirmation; normal contracts, progression and transfers apply. The signed player remains after membership expires under the game contract. No repeated welcome signing after a transfer or a later subscription.

6. Disclaimers

The game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wrexist is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data arising from your use of the game. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the game (typically zero). Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the publisher's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply.
