Who we are

Creator Football is published by Wrexist. This policy describes the game and this website. The contact address below handles privacy and support requests.

Career data

Your club, players, matches, settings and career history are stored locally. The game does not upload career files. Exporting a backup opens your device's download or share controls; the destination you choose then handles that file. Clearing app data or uninstalling may remove the local career.

Purchases

In builds connected to a store, RevenueCat processes an anonymous app user identifier, purchase receipts and purchase history to verify and restore content access and provide purchase reporting. RevenueCat also processes technical information such as app and operating-system version, platform, locale and transaction timestamps. Requests use encrypted connections. Apple or Google processes payment using your store account. We do not receive your payment-card details. The browser edition does not initialize RevenueCat.

Subscriptions

Creator Club is an optional auto-renewing subscription. If you subscribe or start a free trial, RevenueCat processes your purchase history, including the plan, trial status and renewal, billing-issue and expiry dates, together with the same anonymous app user identifier. This is used to provide membership access (app functionality) and purchase reporting (analytics). It is not linked to your identity and is not used for advertising or tracking. Membership status is checked when the native app opens or returns to the foreground, and during purchase, restore and reward claims.

Apple or Google bills the subscription to your store account. It renews automatically until cancelled. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings (on iPhone: Settings > your name > Subscriptions) or in Google Play's subscription settings. Deleting the app or a career does not cancel a subscription.

The purchase integration does not send your career, manager name, email or contacts. Advertising attribution and optional SDK diagnostics are not enabled. Purchase processing may occur when the native app opens or refreshes, as well as during purchase and restore.

Families

The game has no advertising, public chat, or user-to-user messaging. Its social feed, creators and press events are fictional game content generated on your device. The game does not ask for a child's name, email address, date of birth or location. A manager or club name you enter stays in your local career. Optional purchases use the store account holder's payment and approval controls. A parent or guardian can contact us about purchase records or privacy using the email below.

Your controls

Use Settings > Local backups & import to export or restore your career. Abandon career removes the game's local career and its automatic backup; exported copies remain wherever you saved them. Deleting a career does not delete store transaction records or refund purchases. Email the address below to request access to or deletion of purchase records processed on our behalf; we may need information from your store receipt to find the relevant anonymous purchase record. Do not send payment-card details.

This website

The static website does not set analytics cookies or embed advertising. Its host may retain infrastructure logs; see GitHub's privacy statement.
